Each week in Influential Books and Authors we hear from a noted scholar on the author(s) and book(s) that have been most important to them for spiritual and intellectual growth. This week, we feature Dr. Craig Blomberg.
Craig L. Blomberg is distinguished professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He is the author, co-author or co-editor of numerous books and more than eighty articles in journals or multi-author works including James in the Zondervan Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament series. A recurring topic of interest in his writings is the historical reliability of the Scriptures. Craig and his wife Fran have two daughters and reside in Centennial, Colorado.
Great. Wonderful idea for a weblog! You have to appreciate Craig Blomberg. He's a wonderful writer and exegete. But his humility is also very refreshing!
